LINDA JONES

Linda is a self-taught multidisciplinary artist, local business woman, mentor, mother, and grandmother. She has welcomed hundreds of budding student artists into her studio over the past 40 years, sharing with them her love for creating art and her expertise; always with a cuppa or a mug of her famous hot chocolate.
Linda’s art is all about connection: connection to our community, connection to our loved ones, connection to nature and connection to the simpler times of our past. Whether she is replicating a local shop, centennial barn,  or character home in miniature,  or capturing a windswept coastline or memorializing someone’s fur baby with oils, Linda evokes a remembrance of what matters most to us.
